Note this is mostly intended for those that do not get many of their requests answered/ or just don't have a lot of friends. 

So Special Delivery boxes do not like giving parts for the Lighthouse, As in if you have nothing on your Lighthouse Cove needing parts other than the Lighthouse itself, it will not give you the Stone, Steel Beam, and Logs.

Well I know this first hand from helping my Mom at Farmville, so here is a tip has helped her some. My Mom opened boxes, and got Non-Lighthouse Cove Parts, so I devised a way to trick the game into giving her what she needed. 

So To do this what You need in your giftbox: A number of Special Delivery Boxes.

On your Farm, Nothing needing Stuff from Special Delivery Boxes, (Orchards, Seedlings, Babies, etc)

So if you need Stone, What you do is go to the market, buy a Cow Pasture Frame, and Open up 19 Special Delivery Boxes, this will give you 9 Haybundles and 10 Stone if you have done things correctly, Use the Stone, then Open Up 10 More Boxes, to get more stone. Repeat until you have all the stone you need.

Delete the Cow Pasture.

To get logs, Place a Horse Paddock Frame, and open 9 Boxes, Use these 9 Logs, and keep opening 9 boxes at a time and using the logs until you get all you need.

To get Steel Beams, Place a Live Stock Frame, and open 29 Boxes, use the 10 Steel Beam you get, and repeat until you get what you need.
